The posting

Für unseren Pflanzenversand in Aschbach-Markt suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, den Überblick behält und gemeinsam mit uns unsere Abläufe laufend weiterentwickelt. Als Teamleitung Versand, Logistik & Produktion bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unser operatives Team. Während unserer Versandsaison liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand. Außerhalb der Versandspitzen koordinierst du gemeinsam mit uns den Einsatz des Teams in Produktion und Pflanzenpflege.

Dein Arbeitsplatz ist dabei überwiegend direkt im operativen Bereich - in der Versandhalle bzw. am Lagerplatz der Pflanzen und gemeinsam mit deinem Team. Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben erledigst du ergänzend am PC.

Wir suchen ab Jänner 2027 1 Teamleitung Versand

Zu Deinen Aufgabenbereichen zählen:

* Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Abläufe in Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand

* Führung, Koordination und Einsatzplanung unseres operativen Teams

* Koordination des Personaleinsatzes in Produktion und Pflanzenpflege

* Verantwortung für einen strukturierten, ordentlichen und effizienten Betrieb der Versandhalle

* Verantwortung für Bestand und Beschaffung der benötigten Verpackungs- und Verbrauchsmaterialien

* Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards im Pflanzenversand

* Arbeiten mit unseren digitalen Systemen und Unterstützung bei einer zunehmend digitalen Bestands- und Prozessführung

* Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung unserer Abläufe

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Versandhausleitung, Kundenservice und den Fachverantwortlichen unserer Pflanzenproduktion

* Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Bereich, insbesondere während unserer Saisonspitzen

Das bringst du mit:

* Erfahrung in Versand, Logistik, Lager, Produktion oder einem vergleichbaren operativen Bereich

* Freude an der Führung und Koordination eines Teams

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in arbeitsintensiven Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und Offenheit gegenüber digitalen Arbeitsprozessen

* Praktisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, selbst mitanzupacken

* Sinn für Ordnung, Qualität und effiziente Abläufe

* Kommunikationsstärke und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Mitarbeitern

* Interesse an Pflanzen und Garten ist von Vorteil, gärtnerische Fachkenntnisse sind jedoch keine Voraussetzung

Wir suchen jemanden, der Praxis, Organisation und Führung miteinander verbindet: eine Person, die gerne mit anpackt, gleichzeitig vorausdenkt, Verantwortung übernimmt und den Überblick über Team, Material und Abläufe behält.

Dabei musst du kein Pflanzenprofi sein. Für die fachlichen Fragen rund um unsere Kulturen stehen erfahrene Kollegen zur Seite. Wichtig ist uns vielmehr, dass du Menschen führen kannst, gut organisierst und gemeinsam mit uns bestehende Abläufe hinterfragst und verbesserst.

Für deine tägliche Arbeit stellen wir dir moderne Arbeitsmittel wie Laptop, Firmenhandy und iPad zur Verfügung.
