Wi... 1 Teamleitung Vertrieb Business West Dafür brauchen wir Ihre Energie: * Führung Vertriebsteam West: Fachliche und disziplinäre Leitung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken Sales-Teams mit Fokus auf Business-Kundensegmente * Strategischer Kundenaufbau: Entwicklung und Ausbau langfristiger, profitabler Kundenbeziehungen zur Steigerung von Kundenzufriedenheit, Loyalität und Marktanteilen * Markt- und Potenzialanalyse: Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten zur Ableitung wirksamer Vertriebsstrategien * Kundengewinnung: Planung, Umsetzung und Begleitung zielgerichteter Kampagnen zur Gewinnung fremdversorgter Energie Kund*innen * Akquisition neuer Geschäftsfelder & Wachstum: Gewinnung von energienahen und technischen Dienstleistungen in interessanten Wachstumsmärkten (z.B. E-Mobilität, Photovoltaik mit Speicher) zur Erweiterung des Portfolios

Das bringen Sie mit: * Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vetrieb, vorzugsweise im energiewirtschaftlichen oder technischen Umfeld * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke- und Abschlussstärke und hohe Kontaktfreude * Sehr gute Präsentationskompetenz auf Entscheider-Ebene * Ausgeprägtes Kunden- und Marketingverständnis mit Blick für Chancen und Potenziale * Zielorientierte, strukturierte, erfolgsfokussierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
