Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar Teammanagers Als Teammanager binnen de Ruitenheer Football Academy ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen spelers, staf, ouders en cluborganisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom het team soepel, professioneel en gestructureerd verloopt. Van wedstrijdorganisatie tot communicatie, van logistiek tot het bewaken van afspraken: jij creëert de randvoorwaarden waarin spelers en trainers optimaal kunnen presteren. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Ervaring in een organisatorische of coördinerende rol binnen sport of onderwijs is een pre - Affiniteit met jeugdvoetbal (O13 t/m O19) en talentontwikkeling - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een representatieve, rustige uitstraling - Goed organisatorisch vermogen en oog voor detail - Betrouwbaarheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve houding - Aanwezig op zaterdagen en bij voorkeur bij doordeweekse wedstrijden - Bereidheid om te werken binnen de professionele structuur van een BVO Wat bieden wij jou?
