Teammanager Zeer Intensieve Zorg (32-36 uur), Huis ter Heide (nabij Zeist) Salaris tot € 5.926,- Wat ga je doen? Als Teammanager Zeer Intensieve Zorg geef je leiding aan de teams van woonlocatie Uranushof in Huis ter Heide. Op deze locatie wonen volwassenen met een lichte tot matige verstandelijke beperking, vaak in combinatie met psychiatrische problematiek en/of moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Voor een deel van de bewoners is daarnaast ondersteuning nodig bij de dagelijkse verzorging. Je stuurt twee teams aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een stabiele basis waarin medewerkers hun werk professioneel en met vertrouwen kunnen uitvoeren. Daarbij ligt jouw uitdaging niet alleen in de dagelijkse aansturing, maar vooral in het verder ontwikkelen van de teams en het toekomstbestendig organiseren van de zorg. Je: - stuurt actief op capaciteitsmanagement en maakt hierin weloverwogen keuzes, waarbij je continu de juiste balans bewaakt tussen kwaliteit van zorg voor cliënten, duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers en de organisatiedoelstellingen - bouwt aan sterke, vakbekwame en betrokken teams; - zorgt voor voldoende capaciteit en een gezonde personeelsbezetting; - begeleidt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en stimuleert eigenaarschap; - brengt structuur, duidelijkheid en rust in een dynamische werkomgeving; - maakt resultaatafspraken op het gebied van kwaliteit van zorg, personeelsontwikkeling en bedrijfsvoering; - w...
