De teammanager leidt een team van 14 medewerkers (6 vast, 8 extern) en is eindverantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de organisatorische inbedding tot uiterlijk 1 januari 2027. Belangrijke doelen zijn het bieden van rust, structuur en continuïteit, het verduidelijken van verantwoordelijkheden en het creëren van duurzame posities voor medewerkers binnen de organisatie. De manager bewaakt voortgang, financiën en contracten, fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt richting management, directie en bestuur en werkt nauw samen met de organisatieadviseur. Er wordt gestuurd op afgesproken resultaten; de opdrachtnemer organiseert zelf inzet, middelen en planning. 75% aanwezigheid op gemeentehuis of opvanglocatie is vereist. Er is aandacht voor verbinding met organisatieonderdelen, overleg in MT Sociaal Domein, portefeuillehouderoverleggen en maandelijkse voortgangsgesprekken met de directeur Sociaal Domein. Vereist profiel - Ervaren leidinggevende met aantoonbare ervaring in het managen van (tijdelijke) teams en het begeleiden van organisatorische inbedding of transities (bijv. change- of programmanagement). - Sterke opdrachtgever- en contractvaardigheden: ervaring met externe capaciteit, bewaken van continuïteit en financiële/contractuele verantwoordelijkheid. - Competenties: rust uitstralen, besluitvaardigheid, structuur aanbrengen, coachend leidinggeven, verbindings- en stakeholdermanagement (management, directie, bestuur, OR). - Praktisch en resultaatgericht: planmatig werken, voortgangsbewaking en rapport...
