Alphen aan den Rijn, Zuid-Holland Teammanager Nieuwkomers Functie omschrijving Functieoverzicht Als Teammanager Nieuwkomers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leidinggeven aan het team en voor de organisatorische inbedding van het programma Nieuwkomers binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie. Je creëert rust, duidelijkheid en continuïteit en begeleidt medewerkers naar een structurele positie binnen de organisatie. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Aansturing: Dagelijkse leiding van een team van 14 medewerkers (6 vast, 8 extern) en het creëren van een stabiele, professionele werkomgeving. - Inbedding: Eindverantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de organisatorische inbedding van het programma binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie en het begeleiden van medewerkers naar structurele posities. - Afstemming: Zorgdragen voor verbinding tussen het programma en verschillende organisatieonderdelen; fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt richting management, directie en bestuur. - Opdrachtgeverschap: Verantwoordelijk voor het opdrachtgeverschap op ingezette externe capaciteit en bewaken van de continuïteit van uitvoering. - Voortgangsbewaking: Bewaken van de voortgang van de inhoudelijke opgaven binnen het programma en sturen op implementatie binnen het vastgestelde plan van aanpak. - Vergaderdeelname: Deelname aan het MT Sociaal Domein, voorzitterschap van het eigen teamoverleg en deelname aan portefeuillehouderoverleggen; maandelijkse voortgangsoverleggen met de directeur Sociaal Domein. Resultaatverplichting - Het programma Nieuwkomers is organisatorisch ingebed binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie. - Medewerkers hebben duidelijkheid over hun structurele positie en toekomstperspectief. - Verantwoordelijkheden, processen en werkzaamheden zijn duurzaam belegd en de afhankelijkheid van tijdelijke organisatievormen is verminderd. - Er is sprake van een stabiel team en een zorgvuldige overgang naar de nieuwe organisatiestructuur. - Bestu...
