Eisen voor deze opdracht - Je hebt meer dan drie jaar recente managementervaring. - Je hebt kennis van en recente werkervaring binnen Werk & Inkomen. - Je werkt resultaatgericht en beheerst projectmatig werken. - Je bent per direct beschikbaar voor 32-36 uur per week. Wensen voor deze opdracht - Je hebt succesvol gewerkt aan teamontwikkeling en bent veranderkundig goed onderlegd. - Je hebt affiniteit met en ervaring in het organiseren van een gedegen bedrijfsvoering. - Je geeft mensgericht leiding, ziet en hoort medewerkers en communiceert duidelijk over de kaders. - Je kunt tijdens het interview concrete voorbeelden geven van resultaten die je met een projectmatige aanpak hebt behaald.
