Heb jij affiniteit en (het liefst ook) ervaring met leidinggeven aan hoogopgeleide professionals in een ambulante setting en geloof je in de kracht van samenwerking met interne en externe partijen om tot betere zorg te komen dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Je gaat leiding geven aan een enthousiast en bevlogen team van ongeveer 25-35 collega's, waaronder psychiaters, verpleegkundigen (VS en SPV), GZ-psychologen en klinisch psychologen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor drie resultaatgebieden: - Gepaste en kwalitatief hoogwaardige zorg, - Een gezonde bedrijfsvoering, - Bevlogen en professionele collega's. Jij bent een gedreven en verbindende leider die zich snel en soepel inwerkt in verschillende teams. Daarnaast voel je haarfijn aan hoe je een team optimaal kan laten functioneren en weet je hoe je professionals kunt ondersteunen in hun werk, en hoe je tegelijkertijd stuurt op kwaliteit, bedrijfsvoering en samenwerking.
