Om ook in de toekomst kwalitatief goede en passende jeugdzorg te kunnen bieden, kiest Enver voor een nieuwe organisatie-inrichting die beter aansluit bij de inhoud van de zorg en de uitdagingen van vandaag. We gaan van een regionale aansturing naar een inrichting vanuit vier zorgvormen: Specialistische Jeugdzorg, Doelgroepgerichte Zorg, Lokale Jeugdhulp en het Enver Expertisecentrum. Daarbij worden verantwoordelijkheden helderder belegd en ontstaat meer ruimte voor nabij leiderschap, goede samenwerking en verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg. Binnen deze nieuwe structuur speelt de teammanager een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse aansturing van medewerkers en teams. Als teammanager ben je, onder verantwoordelijkheid van de clustermanager, verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding aan een operationeel team. Je zorgt voor een goede uitvoering van het werk, ondersteunt en begeleidt medewerkers en creëert de randvoorwaarden waarin zij hun werk goed kunnen doen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de clustermanager en de vakgroepleider. De clustermanager richt zich op de bedrijfsvoering en continuïteit van het cluster, terwijl de vakgroepleider verantwoordelijk is voor de vakinhoudelijke kwaliteit van zorg en hulpverlening. Als teammanager verbind je deze verschillende perspectieven in de dagelijkse praktijk en draag je bij aan een professionele werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen en kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen goede zorg ontvangen.
