In deze opdracht geef je leiding aan een team van casemanagers binnen Den Haag Werkt, onderdeel van de dienst Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die zich inzet voor het vergroten van maatschappelijke participatie en duurzame arbeidsparticipatie van inwoners. Tegelijkertijd bevindt de organisatie zich in een belangrijke veranderfase, waarbij de dienstverlening verder wordt ontwikkeld en een reorganisatie wordt voorbereid. Samen met twee collega-teammanagers ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van circa 60 casemanagers arbeidsontwikkeling. Je zorgt voor stabiliteit, structuur en continuïteit binnen de teams en weet medewerkers mee te nemen in organisatieveranderingen, resultaatgericht werken en de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening. Daarbij fungeer je als stevige gesprekspartner voor collega-managers, de clustermanager en andere stakeholders. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 20 casemanagers arbeidsontwikkeling. - Je creëert rust, structuur en stabiliteit binnen een veranderende organisatie. - Je begeleidt medewerkers tijdens organisatieveranderingen en ontwikkeltrajecten. - Je stuurt resultaatgericht op basis van data en volgens de OGSM-methodiek. - Je voert stuur- en kwaliteitsoverleggen en werkt aan de verdere optimalisatie van de dienstverlening. - Je voert personele taken uit, waaronder gesprekscycli en de toepa...
