Daarom zoeken wij een proactieve teammanager, die richting geeft aan deze verandering, mensen en opdrachtgevers weet mee te nemen en tegelijkertijd zorgt voor rust, structuur en resultaat. Jouw uitdaging Het bedrijfsbureau en onze logistiekafdeling vormen het zenuwcentrum van het Werkontwikkelbedrijf, waar opdrachtgevers, data, planning en operationele knelpunten samenkomen. Als teammanager moet je externe opdrachten en complexe datastromen snel kunnen vertalen naar concrete, efficiënte werkzaamheden voor je team en de werkvloer. Daarnaast ben je met je team bezig met procesoptimalisaties. Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 18 medewerkers, bestaande uit 7 medewerkers van het Bedrijfsbureau, een accountmanager, een werkbegeleider logistiek en 9 medewerkers van logi...
