Teammanager Beheer en Onderhoud Hilversum Gepubliceerd: ongeveer 11 uur geleden Functie omschrijving Voor de Gemeente Hilversum is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Teammanager Beheer en Onderhoud voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. Wijdemeren en Hilversum zijn vanaf 1 januari 2027 één gemeente. Zo kunnen we de dienstverlening aan onze 120.000 inwoners en bijna 20.000 bedrijven niet alleen blijven garanderen, maar ook verbeteren. Door onze krachten te bundelen, staan we sterker in het aanpakken van belangrijke uitdagingen, zoals wonen, natuur, economie en bereikbaarheid. Hilversum en Wijdemeren delen een historie en zijn al langer met elkaar verbonden. De samenvoeging biedt nieuwe energie om die verbondenheid te versterken. De dorpen Ankeveen, Breukeleveen, 's-Graveland, Kortenhoef, Loosdrecht en Nederhorst den Bergbehouden hun eigen karakter en vormen een waardevolle aanvulling op de meer stadse karakter van Hilversum. Van veen en water naar zand en heide. Die diversiteit maakt Hilversum aantrekkelijk om in te wonen, te werken én te recreëren. Opdracht Als teammanager geef je leiding aan het team Beheer en Onderhoud binnen de afdeling Realisatie en Beheer. Het team bestaat ui ca 30 fte, HBO en MBO niveau, werkt vanaf het stadskantoor aan de oude Engweg. Het werk van het team is breed en vooral tactisch/operationeel van aard. Het team beheert en onderhoudt onder andere gemalen, wegen, groen, openbare verlichting, verkeersregel installaties, etc. Veranderopgave: Als afdeling werken we nauw samen met de afdeling Ruimtelijke ordening. Gezamenlijk starten we een ontwikkeling richting een assetmanagement organisatie waarin duidelijke rollen zijn weggelegd voor strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. We willen toegroeien naar een datagedreven organisatie waar op basis van de balans tussen kosten, prestaties en risico's besluitvorming plaatsvindt m.b.t. onze gemeentelijke assets.
