Dit ga je doen Als teammanager Beleid en Advies ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren en de kwaliteit van het team. Je geeft coachend leiding aan een bevlogen groep collega's die zich dagelijks inzetten voor onze organisatie en daarmee voor de gemeente Gennep. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en ontwikkeling met oog voor het individu én voor de koers van de organisatie. Je werkt aan de verdere doorontwikkeling van het team, waarbij jij zelf ook een proactieve rol hebt in de doorontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je zet met jouw teamleden in op het versterken van de adviesvaardigheid van jouw team, het verder benutten van de kansen op het gebied van informatisering en zorgt voor efficiënte, toekomstgerichte werkprocessen. Tegelijk ben je zichtbaar en benaderbaar: iemand die zegt wat hij/zij doet, en doet wat hij/zij zegt. Als lid van het managementteam draag je bij aan de koers van de hele organisatie. Je schakelt direct met de portefeuillehouders, werkt samen met collega-teammanagers (als ambtelijk opdrachtgever) aan organisatie-brede thema's. Gennep maakt onderdeel uit van de K80 (gemeenten onder 25.000 inwoners) en is actief in regionale en provinciale samenwerkingsverbanden.
