De medewerkers bezitten de inhoudelijke kennis. Het team is onderverdeeld in zes subteams: Communicatie, Human Resources, Bestuursadviseurs, Kabinet, Juridische Zaken en Trainees. Gezamenlijk zorgen zij voor een optimale ondersteuning en advisering aan bestuur, management en medewerkers. De concrete opdracht voor deze functie bestaat onder andere uit: - De doorontwikkeling van het team bestuur en organisatie. Samen met de andere managers van bedrijfsvoering (Financiën & Informatie Techniek) ga je concreet aan de slag met de inrichting van de subteams binnen bestuur en organisatie en de doorontwikkeling van de (integrale) advisering. Wat ga je nog meer doen? Als Teammanager Bestuur & Organisatie geef je leiding aan een veelzijdig team van professionals met expertise op het gebied van communicatie, HR, juridische zaken, bestuursadvies, kabinet- en directieondersteuning en trainees. Jij hoeft niet de inhoudelijke specialist te zijn. Jouw kracht ligt in het creëren van de juiste voorwaarden zodat professionals optimaal kunnen presteren. Je weet mensen te verbinden, stimuleert eigenaarschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een werkomgeving waarin vertrouwen, samenwerking en resultaat hand in hand gaan. Je wordt hierbij ondersteund door coördinatoren die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de operationele taken. Samen met je team vertaal je bestuurlijke ambities en organisatiedoelen naar concrete resultaten. Je geeft richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team, stimuleert innovatie en datagedreven werken en draagt bij aan het continu verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen.
