Met jouw coachende stijl zorg je dat zij veilig, efficiënt en met plezier werken. Je bent zichtbaar in het veld én denkt mee op strategisch niveau. Zo draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendige drinkwatervoorziening. Geen dag is hetzelfde en elke druppel telt! Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat Als Teammanager Buitendienst ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de coach van jouw team monteurs. Je zorgt dat zij hun technische expertise optimaal kunnen inzetten en veilig en efficiënt werken. Belangrijke taken - Je geeft leiding aan een team van 20-25 monteurs in de regio Heuvelrug. - Je bent zichtbaar in het veld en zorgt voor een laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt. - Je stimuleert de ontwikkeling en vakmanschap van medewerkers. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en realiseren van het regionale Jaarplan Uitvoering. - Je draagt bij aan thema's als veiligheid, innovatie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en datagestuurd werken. - Je bewaakt budgetten en resultaten en neemt deel aan het managementteam van Netbeheer & Levering. - Je bent af en toe werkzaam als Coördinatiewacht in de storings- en wachtdienst. Dit gaat om 7 à 8 diensten van 1 week op jaarbasis. Als Teammanager Buitendienst versterk jij de afdeling Netbeheer & Levering, onderdeel van Drinkwateroperatie. Deze afdeling bestaat uit bevlogen professionals die zich dagelijks inzetten voor betrouwbaar drinkwater. Wat breng jij mee? We zijn vooral benieuwd naar wie jij bent én wat jij kunt.
