Je geeft leiding aan het team Buitendienst Grijs en bent verantwoordelijk voor de integrale aansturing en vertegenwoordiging van de buitendiensttaken in samenwerking met de teammanager Buitendienst Groen. Je stuurt op planning, organisatie, prioritering, personele bezetting en kwaliteitsbewaking en fungeert als sparringpartner voor de directie op buitendiensttaken. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Zorgen voor onderhoud van essentiële openbare infrastructuur: wegen, verhardingen, transport, water, asfalt, evenementen, verkiezingen en markten. - Zorgen dat de openbare ruimte er goed uitziet en functioneert: schoonmaken van kunstwerken, onderhoud van speeltoestellen, bestrijding van ongedierte en onderhoud van rioleringen. - Zorgdragen voor inzetbaarheid van het team het hele jaar door (bijv. gladheidsbestrijding in de winter). - Leidinggeven: plannen, organiseren, prioriteren, personele bezetting en kwaliteitsbewaking. - Nauwe samenwerking en integrale aansturing met de teammanager Buitendienst Groen. - Actief bijdragen aan integrale samenwerking met andere teams binnen de organisatie. Wie we zoeken - Opleiding en ervaring: WO werk- en denkniveau en ruime gemeentelijke ervaring binnen de vakgebieden van de buitendienst. - Persoonlijke eigenschappen: stevige, zakelijke manager met oog voor de menselijke maat; duidelijke communicator; kan mensen meenemen in verandering en samenwerking. - Samenwerking: je werkt nauw samen met de teammanager Buitendienst Groen en draagt bij aan de integrale vertegenwoordiging van de totale buitendienst.
