Als Teammanager Capaciteitsplanning & Zorgondersteuning ga je meebouwen aan een toekomstbestendige zorgorganisatie waarin patiënten, medewerkers en teams kunnen rekenen op een optimale planning. Wat ga je doen bij Basalt? Vanaf 1 januari 2027 werkt Basalt met een nieuwe organisatiestructuur, waarin we werken vanuit drie divisies. Als Teammanager Capaciteitsplanning & Zorgondersteuning geef je leiding aan het team dat binnen jouw divisie verantwoordelijk is voor planning en verschillende vormen van zorgondersteuning. In deze nieuwe functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, coaching en coördinatie binnen dit team en maak je onderdeel uit van het management van je divisie. Jouw team bestaat uit Planners, Medisch secretaresses, Transferverpleegkundigen en Medewerkers van de Inschrijf- & Afsprakenbalie. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een open communicatie en een goede informatie-uitwisseling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de teams binnen een divisie optimaal samenwerken en gezamenlijk werken. Samen met je collega Teammanagers denk je na over de structurele verbetering van het capaciteitsmanagement binnen de divisie en de brede organisatie. Jullie ontwikkelen nieuwe standaarden o.a. voor de planning van de personeelscapaciteit en voor het optimaliseren van ons planningssysteem (HiX).
