Vacature [email protected] De functieSamen met je clustermanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle aansturing van meerdere locaties binnen het cluster, waarbij voor jou de focus ligt op de aansturing op operationeel niveau. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het cluster op optimale wijze doorgang kan vinden, door in te springen op onverwachte situaties en direct te handelen. Hierbij ben je ondernemend, verbindend, ontwikkelingsgericht en zichtbaar in aansluiting op deontwikkeling van de doorgaande lijn (2-12 jaar) en in nauwe afstemming met de teams van de peuterspeel-groepen en BSO's, het onderwijs en de omgeving.De samenwerking met de clustermanager is intensief; je kunt op elkaar terugvallen, kennis delen en vultelkaar aan in werkzaamheden. Op veel gebieden ligt de eindverantwoordelijkheid bij de clustermanager,maar er wordt wel van je verwacht dat je meedenkt op tactisch en strategisch niveau en hierin eenproactieve houding hebt. Je bent in deze functie o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de locatieroosters, het up tot datehouden van de locatie specifieke beleidsplannen, het geven van rondleidingen, ondersteuning bieden bij hetvoeren van diverse gesprekken en overleggen met individuele teams en medewerkers. Ook neem je actiefdeel aan het managementoverleg. Jouw profielJe bent in het bezit van een diploma dat kwalificeert voor pedagogisch professional op minimaal MBO 4niveau; Je kent en beheerst verschillende gesprekstechnieken en kan ontwikkelingsgerichte feedbackgeven aan medewerkers;Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende capaciteiten en durft initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;Je bent een gelijkwaardig samenwerkingspartner voor de clustermanager, de pedagogisch professionalsen externe partijen.Je hebt een visie op het werken in kindcentra en draagt dit zowel intern als extern uit.Je hebt kennis van Voor- en Vroegschoolse Educatie.
