Als teammanager Communicatie & Participatie geef je leiding aan ongeveer 40 adviserende en uitvoerende professionals op het gebied van externe- en interne communicatie en participatie met de stad. Jij haalt het beste uit hen: je coacht en daagt hen uit om hun werk opnieuw of anders te bekijken. Zo bouw je samen met je team aan de volgende fase van Communicatie & Participatie. Samen met je team geef je richting aan de doorontwikkeling van Communicatie & Participatie en aan de organisatie van het werk. Je zet ons communicatie- en participatiebeleid stevig neer en bouwt het verder uit. Samen met organisatie en bestuur maak je duidelijke keuzes over waar we onze communicatie- en participatie-inzet op richten, en je versterkt en vereenvoudigt waar mogelijk de bedrijfsvoering. Ook evalueer je de organisatievorm van het team en geef je verder vorm aan de gewenste regisserende en agenderende rol. Dat doe je vanuit de afdeling Bestuur & Communicatie dat zich op het kruispunt van stad, bestuur en organisatie positioneert. Als je aan boord komt is een nieuwe bestuursperiode net gestart. Nu met een college van zeven wethouders - twee meer dan in voorgaande perioden. De vraag naar communicatie- en participatieondersteuning is vele malen groter dan het team kan bieden. Daarom breng jij je team in positie om bestuur en organisatie te helpen kiezen en prioriteren, met oog voor de uitvoerin...
