- Teammanager Contract- en Relatiemanagement - Wo - Vast - Extern - 5.958 - 7.837 Solliciteer tot en met 20 oktober 2026 Teammanager Contract- en Relatiemanagement Beleid, Bedrijfsvoering & Ondersteuning Stuur een team van 15 medewerkers aan en versterk de samenwerking met OCW-contractpartners in een strategische rol met impact. Het team Contract- en Relatiemanagement staat voor het actief sturen op (zorg)contracten, het regisseren van de relatie met aanbieders en het vervullen van de CRM-rol in inkoop- en implementatietrajecten. Als teammanager ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor zowel de personele als inhoudelijke aansturing van het team, waarbij senior teamleden je ondersteunen op specifieke thema's. Je zorgt dat het team, naast de going-concern, ook voortgang boekt op de ontwikkelopgaven die er liggen. Dit is bijvoorbeeld het inrichten en implementeren van ketenregie, een meer bewuste en gestructureerde toepassing van de vier hefbomen van controle, waarmee de sturing op en samenwerking met partners in de stad effectiever wordt. Een andere belangrijke ontwikkelopgave volgt uit het programma doorontwikkeling Welzijn en Wmo, waarbij de 'beweging naar de voorkant' wordt gemaakt en nieuwe contracten op het team afkomen. Tegelijkertijd werk je samen met de andere teammanagers binnen O&K zodat jouw team optimaal kan presteren. Daarmee speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere doorontwikkeling van resultaatgerichte sturing binnen OCW. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft leiding aan het team CRM binnen de dienst OCW, bestaande uit vijftien professionals. Het team valt onder het cluster ketenondersteuning en draagt bij aan de rechtmatigheid en professionaliteit van dienstverlening en daarmee ook aan klantgerichtheid, effectiviteit en efficientie.
