De Teammanager DBC-Zorgregistratie is verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een team van vijf stafadviseurs en zeven DBC-medewerkers en valt hiërarchisch onder de Manager Finance & Control. Wat ga je doen Als teammanager DBC-Zorgregistratie sta je midden in een team van administratieve professionals die als spil fungeren in zorgregistratie en landelijke medische registratie. Jij en je team houden toezicht op de kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid van de zorgregistratie. Je zorgt voor een goede inrichting, beheersing en borging van de processen. Je signaleert risico's en knelpunten, vertaalt wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving naar de dagelijkse praktijk en stuurt op structurele verbeteringen in processen, systemen en werkwijzen. De werkzaamheden binnen het team DBC-Zorgregistratie richten zich op het waarborgen van een juiste, volledige, tijdige en rechtmatige registratie. Het team voert onder andere controles en steekproeven uit op de DBC- en verrichtingenregistratie en ziet toe op de naleving van geldende wet- en regelgeving, landelijke registratierichtlijnen en interne afspraken.
