Je vertaalt de klantvraag naar praktische oplossingen met oog voor bewoners, medewerkers en bezoekers. Met jouw coachende en verbindende stijl breng je structuur, stimuleer je ontwikkeling en realiseer je verbeteringen. Je bent ondernemend, praktisch ingesteld en zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Samen met je team geef je invulling aan de warme sfeer van 'Aangenaam Anna'. Jouw functie Ben jij de daadkrachtige, enthousiaste en toekomstgerichte teammanager Facilitair en Gastvrijheid. Wil jij de kwaliteit van onze facilitaire dienstverlening verder ontwikkelen? In deze functie geef je leiding aan de teams van facilitair, zoals onder andere het schoonmaakteam, de locatiesecretariaten en het team van de Gasterij "Bij de Boom" (het restaurant binnen één van onze locaties). Jij kunt de vertaalslag maken van de klantvraag naar adequate dienstverlening. Hierbij houd je de meerwaarde voor de bewoner, zorgprofessional, mantelzorger en Anna Zorggroep voor ogen. Je bent een ondernemende manager die innovatie omarmt en ervoor zorgt dat de warme sfeer van "Aangenaam Anna" zichtbaar én voelbaar is. Met enthousiasme en vanuit verbinding weet je projectdoelen te realiseren en daarbij is het voor jou vanzelfsprekend om ook zelf de werkvloer op te gaan. Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden? Als teammanager zorg jij ervoor dat met jouw inspirerende stijl van leidinggeven de facilitaire organisatie bijdraagt aan het creëren van een prettige plek om te verblijven, te werken en te wonen.
