Hier kom je te werken Als teammanager Huisvesting, Techniek & Omgevingsbeheer werk je binnen een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving waar betrouwbaar technisch beheer van cruciaal belang is. Je maakt deel uit van het Facilitair Bedrijf en werkt samen met de clusters Logistiek en Mobiliteit en Gastvrijheid en Service.

Je geeft leiding aan de teams Gebouw- en energiebeheer, Huisvesting, Contractbeheer, Beveiliging en Terreinbeheer, die er dagelijks voor zorgen dat alles op locatie soepel en veilig functioneert. Van het onderhouden van gebouwen en energievoorzieningen tot het coördineren van beveiliging en terreinbeheer: jij bent de verbindende factor die ervoor zorgt dat deze afdelingen efficiënt samenwerken en optimaal presteren.

Straks aan de slag in de nieuwbouw! Na de ingebruikname van het nieuwe ziekenhuis in 2027 krijg je als teammanager de kans om te werken in een hypermoderne, toekomstbestendige omgeving. Nieuwe installaties, slimme technieken en een gebouw dat is ontworpen met comfort, veiligheid en efficiëntie in het achterhoofd - hier kun je echt je vakmanschap en leiderschap laten zien.
