Teammanager Installaties a.i. - TenMonks Gemeente Hilversum zoekt een verbindende en motiverende interim teammanager Installaties. In deze veelzijdige leidinggevende functie ben je werkzaam vanaf de gemeentewerf en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer & onderhoud van alle gemeentelijke installaties.Een uitdagende positie waarin je een waardevolle bijdrage kunt leveren aan onze organisatie en leefomgeving in Hilversum. Hilversum en Wijdemeren zijn vanaf 1 januari 2027 één gemeente. Een jaar eerder, 1 januari 2026, vormen ze al één ambtelijke organisatie. Dat betekent: nieuwe teams, nieuwe samenwerkingen en één gezamenlijke koers. We bouwen aan een organisatie met 1250 medewerkers, 8 afdelingen en 47 teams. De teams zijn compact (ca 25 medewerkers) zodat teammanagers echt de aandacht kunnen geven aan de mensen én de inhoud. Zo kunnen we de dienstverlening aan onze 120.000 inwoners en bijna 20.000 bedrijven niet alleen blijven garanderen, maar ook verbeteren. Door onze krachten te bundelen, staan we sterker in het aanpakken van belangrijke uitdagingen, zoals wonen, natuur, economie en bereikbaarheid. Hilversum en Wijdemeren delen een historie en zijn al langer met elkaar verbonden. De samenvoeging biedt nieuwe energie om die verbondenheid te versterken. De dorpen Ankeveen, Breukeleveen, 's-Graveland, Kortenhoef, Loosdrecht en Nederhorst den Berg behouden hun eigen karakter en vormen een waardevolle aanvulling op de meer stadse karakter van Hilversum. Van veen en water naar zand en heide. Die diversiteit maakt Hilversum aantrekkelijk om in te wonen, te werken én te recreëren. Het team Installaties draagt zorg voor het waarborgen van een goed onderhouden, functionele en veilige openbare ruimte. Het team werkt vanaf de gemeentewerf en beheert & onderhoudt alle gemeentelijke installaties zoals gemalen, parkeermeters, dynamische binnenstadafsluiting, parkeergeleidesysteem, marktverlichting, openbare verlichting, verkeersinstallaties,...
