Binnen de afdeling Juridische Zaken van Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland werk je als Teammanager EU, Fiscaal en Klimaat aan sterke rechtsbescherming voor ondernemers en aan juridisch zorgvuldig overheidshandelen. Je geeft leiding aan een team van juridische professionals en stuurt op kwaliteit, ontwikkeling en samenwerking. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, kennis en processen elkaar versterken, zodat jouw team een bepalende bijdrage levert aan juridisch hoogwaardige besluitvorming en advisering binnen RVO. Waar jij aan werkt Als teammanager EU, Fiscaal en Klimaat heb je een heldere visie op de ontwikkeling van het juridisch vakgebied en draagt strategisch bij aan de koers van zowel de afdeling als de organisatie. Je bent politiek-bestuurlijk en organisatiesensitief, schakelt moeiteloos tussen operationele, tactische en strategische vraagstukken en durft richting te geven waar nodig. Als inspirerende en verbindende leidinggevende creëer je een veilige werkomgeving waarin professionals zich kunnen ontwikkelen, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en elkaar aanspreken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van betrokken juristen dat grotendeels is gevestigd in Zwolle. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de zorgvuldige afhandeling van bezwaarzaken en juridische advisering binnen het dynamische werkveld van Europese en fiscale wet- en regelgeving en klimaat.
