WIE ZIJN WIJ? Wij zijn AVEM Kinderopvang, de grootste en leukste kinderopvang in de gemeenten Oss en Maashorst. We hebben ruim 30 locaties waar we naast dagopvang ook peuterwerk, VSO en BSO aanbieden. Met ruim 300 medewerkers zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor de opvang van kinderen van 0 - 13 jaar. Dagelijks ontvangen wij de kinderen met veel enthousiasme om hen met diverse activiteiten een fijne dag te bezorgen. De ontwikkeling van het kind staat hierbij altijd centraal. Naast het welzijn van de kinderen zien we ook het ontzorgen van de ouders als een belangrijke taak. WAT GA JE DOEN? Als teammanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een locatie en/of kindcentrum. Je geeft leiding aan de (pedagogisch)medewerkers van de locatie. Als teammanager zorg je voor het realiseren en aansturen van de uitvoering van de werkplannen en stelt haalbare doelen. Je bent een enthousiaste doorpakker, werkt flexibel mee op de werkvloer, je biedt een luisterend oor maar durft ook door te pakken en koppelt zaken terug. Daarnaast onderhoud je een goed contact met de ouders, waarbij ook het afhandelen van klachten tot jouw takenpakket behoort.
