Wat ga je doen? Als Teammanager Klantcontactcentrum ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een team dat dagelijks het verschil maakt voor onze reizigers. Je begeleidt jouw team in een snel veranderende, digitale en multimodale klantcontactomgeving. Jij vertaalt de doelstellingen van de afdeling naar heldere resultaten en motiveert je medewerkers om deze te behalen. Je coacht op vakinhoudelijke kennis, vaardigheden, empatische communicatie en inclusieve dienstverlening, zodat iedereen optimaal kunnen presteren. Je stimuleert innovatie en begeleidt je team bij het werken met nieuwe systemen, AI-ondersteuning en diverse klantkanalen (telefoon, chat, app, social media). Je bewaakt en verbetert werkprocessen, analyseert data en rapportages en zet verbeteracties in om de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening continu te verhogen. Je creëert een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich betrokken en gewaardeerd voelen, en voert ontwikkelgesprekken om hun groei te ondersteunen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de positionering van het KCC als zelfstandig product binnen Transdev. Je stuurt op het behalen van SLA's, KPI's en commerciële kansen, en werkt nauw samen met andere teams en afdelingen. Je bent een veranderaar die medewerkers meeneemt in innovatie, procesverbetering en de implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen.
