Voor versterking van ons logistieke team zijn wij op zoek naar een Teammanager Logistiek. Ben jij een verbinder in de logistiek en krijg je energie van het aansturen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers? Groveko zoekt een Teammanager Logistiek die de dagelijkse operatie leidt, processen optimaliseert en zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en klantgerichte workflow. Je stuurt een team van circa 20 medewerkers aan en werkt nauw samen met de Coördinator Logistiek om het logistieke proces soepel te laten verlopen. Jij bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en praktijk en bouwt samen met je team aan een toekomstbestendige logistieke organisatie. Wat breng jij? - HBO werk‑ en denkniveau. - 2-5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een logistieke omgeving. - Praktische kennis van warehouseprocessen, voorraadbeheer en/of transportplanning. - Ervaring met ERP en/of WMS is een pré. - Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. - Je bent proactief, verbindend, besluitvaardig en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
