Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie In jouw rol geef je op inspirerende en coachende wijze leiding, zodat de ondersteuners optimaal inzetbaar zijn, zich blijven ontwikkelen en plezier hebben in het werk. Managementondersteuning is onderverdeeld in vier teams met ieder ca. 10 collega's. Er is een team Sociaal, Fysiek, Dienstverlening & Bedrijfsvoering en een overkoepelend team van Senioren. Het betreft dus een duo-baan; in onderlinge afstemming leidt ieder twee teams en stuur jij het overkoepelende team van Senioren aan. Voor de teams onder jouw hoede zoek je het contact en schep je rust en overzicht. Je ziet waar zich kansen voor doen en je draagt bij aan heldere afspraken en slimme processen en procedures. Andere belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden en taken: - Je voert het HR-beleid uit o.a. door collega's te werven, selecteren en beoordelen en je stimuleert hun ontwikkeling. Bij afwezigheid door bijvoorbeeld ziekte, bied je begeleiding. - Je voert relevante gesprekken met- en biedt duidelijkheid rond (prestatie)verwachtingen. Je overziet het geheel en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je prioriteit ligt bij het begeleiden van de individuele ondersteuners en de teams. Je luistert, coacht en bent een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor de teams. - Je onderhoudt op proactieve wijze contact met de MT's van de andere afdelingen om de kwaliteit van de ondersteuning te borgen (accounthouderschap). - Je bent lid van het afdelings-MT; medeverantwoordelijk voor de langere termijn ontwikkeling van de afdeling.
