Dan is deze functie als Teammanager Planning & Administratie bij Scania Nederland in Breda iets voor jou. In deze rol geef je leiding aan het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het laatste deel van het Order to Delivery proces. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat planningen worden gehaald, administratieve processen soepel verlopen en klanten kunnen rekenen op een correcte en tijdige aflevering van hun voertuig. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet prioriteiten te stellen en creëert rust en overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Dankzij jouw coachende stijl, organisatorisch vermogen en proactieve houding draag je iedere dag bij aan een efficiënte operatie én een betrokken team. Wat ga je doen? - Coachen, begeleiden en aansturen van het team Planning & Administratie; - Bewaken en analyseren van de planning, voortgang en administratieve processen binnen het Order to Delivery proces en op basis hiervan tijdig bijsturen; - Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige aflevering van voertuigen aan klanten; - Signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van verbeteringen in processen en samenwerking; - Creëren van structuur, overzicht en een prettige werksfeer binnen het team; - Rapporteren aan de Manager Order Support. Je komt terecht op de afdeling Order Support: een betrokken team van ongeveer 15 collega's waar samenwerking, eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Als Teammanager Planning & Administratie geef je leiding aan een team van zes collega's en werk je dagelijks samen met de Teammanager Werkvoorbereiding, de Manager Order Support en verschillende interne stakeholders.
