Je geeft leiding aan een team van professionals én bent zelf een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de meest complexe en strategische vraagstukken. Zo draag je direct bij aan een toekomstbestendige, duurzame en efficiënte huisvestingsomgeving. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je leiderschap met inhoudelijke expertise. Je geeft richting aan de ontwikkeling van de vastgoedportefeuille en zorgt ervoor dat deze aansluit op de strategische doelstellingen van het CBR. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen van de strategische vastgoed- en huisvestingsportefeuille. - Het initiëren en begeleiden van portefeuilleanalyses, scenario's en ontwikkelrichtingen. - Het aansturen van complexe huisvestingsprojecten, locatieontwikkelingen en organisatie brede veranderopgaven. - Het opstellen en beoordelen van businesscases, beleidsvoorstellen en investeringsadviezen voor management en directie. - Het coachen, ontwikkelen en inspireren van een team van vastgoedprofessionals. - Het verbeteren van processen, rapportages en sturingsinformatie binnen het vakgebied. - Het bewaken van financiële kaders en het maken van investeringsafwegingen. - Het signaleren en benutten van kansen op het gebied van duurzaamheid, innovatieve werkomgevingen en vastgoedontwikkelingen. Jouw rol Je rapporteert aan de Manager Huisvesting en bent lid van het managementteam van de afdeling Huisvesting. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering.
