Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de projectuitvoering, de ontwikkeling van het team en de verdere professionalisering van projectmanagement binnen het CBR. Daarnaast blijf je actief betrokken bij strategische en complexe projecten. Je weet als geen ander de verbinding te leggen tussen huisvestingsambities, projectdoelstellingen en technische uitvoering. Daarmee zorg je ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd binnen de afgesproken kaders van tijd, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Huisvesting en je maakt onderdeel uit van het managementteam van de afdeling Huisvesting. Wat ga je doen? Als Teammanager Projectmanagement: - geef je leiding aan een team van Projectmanagers en Technisch Projectleiders; - coach en ontwikkel je medewerkers en stuur je op capaciteit, prioriteiten en samenwerking; - zorg je voor een professionele voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering van vastgoed-, huisvestings- en technische projecten; - stuur je op tijd, geld, kwaliteit, veiligheid, risico's en scope; - ontwikkel en borg je uniforme projectmanagementprocessen, standaarden en werkwijzen; - bewaak je de technische kwaliteit, uitvoerbaarheid en duurzaamheid van projecten; - beheer je de projectportfolio en rapporteer je over voortgang, risico's, afhankelijkheden en resultaten; - beoordeel je businesscases, investeringsvoorstellen en projectrapportages; - stuur je op een gezonde financiële projectbeheersing en budgetbewaking; - onderhoud je actief contact met interne opdrachtgevers, gebruikers en externe partners; - zorg je voor continue verbetering door evaluaties en het toepassen van "lessons learned".
