Sterk in voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit, maar klaar om naast projecten ook mensen te begeleiden? Als Teammanager QA Food combineer je inhoudelijk consultancywerk bij voedingsbedrijven met de begeleiding van maximaal drie QA consultants. Je beheert je eigen projecten, bent vier dagen per week bij klanten en gebruikt vrijdagvoormiddag voor opleiding, coaching en teamoverleg. Om 12u start je weekend.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt voor een internationale specialist in kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Binnen Oost Vlaanderen maak je deel uit van een ervaren QA team en krijg je een dubbele verantwoordelijkheid: klanten inhoudelijk begeleiden én een klein team QA consultants ondersteunen.

• Je beheert zelfstandig middelgrote en grotere QA projecten bij klanten in de voedingsindustrie

• Je implementeert en optimaliseert kwaliteitssystemen zoals IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 en ISO 22000

• Je voert interne audits, nul audits en GAP audits uit

• Je bereidt klanten voor op certificatieaudits, klantenaudits en controles door het FAVV

• Je ondersteunt bedrijven bij recalls en helpt om die correct en beheerst af te handelen

• Je werkt rond voedingshygiëne, houdbaarheid, verpakkingstechnologie en allergenenbeheer

• Je adviseert klanten over kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en procesverbeteringen

• Je geeft opleidingen aan management, QA medewerkers, verantwoordelijken en productiemedewerkers

• Je begeleidt erkenningen, toelatingen en exportvergunningen, inclusief ondersteuning bij inspecties

Daarnaast neem je een leidinggevende rol op.

• Je begeleidt maximaal drie QA consultants

• Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en volgt hun ontwikkeling op

• Je coördineert de projectplanning en bewaakt de voortgang

• Je volgt prestatie indicatoren op en voert evaluatiegesprekken

• Je helpt consultants inhoudelijk en organisatorisch vooruit wanneer projecten complexer worden

Je blijft dus zelf stevig met je voeten in QA staan. Dit is geen managementfunctie waarbij je alleen nog planningen en rapporten bekijkt.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante QA ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie

• Je hebt een grondige kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en managementsystemen

• Je hebt een bachelor of master binnen bijvoorbeeld voedingstechnologie, biotechnologie, biochemie, chemie, biologie, agro of bio ingenieurswetenschappen

• Leidinggevende ervaring is een pluspunt, maar wordt niet als absolute vereiste vermeld

• Je kunt verschillende klantprojecten gestructureerd organiseren en opvolgen

• Je communiceert professioneel en durft klanten ook inhoudelijk uit te dagen wanneer dat nodig is

• Je kunt vlot werken in het Nederlands

• Engels en Frans zijn een pluspunt

• Je beschikt over rijbewijs B
