Start als fulltime Teammanager sales in Alkmaar en bouw aan het succes van jouw eigen salesteam. Als Teammanager geef je dagelijks leiding aan een enthousiast team van promotors en verkopers. Je coacht collega's op de werkvloer, helpt hen om hun commerciële vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Je bent niet alleen een leidinggevende, maar ook een inspirerend voorbeeld door regelmatig zelf met het team op pad te gaan. Daarnaast houd je de prestaties van jouw team in de gaten, voer je coachingsgesprekken en zorg je ervoor dat de gestelde doelen worden behaald. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een commercieel salesteam; - Je coacht, begeleidt en motiveert collega's in hun ontwikkeling; - Je gaat regelmatig mee op pad en geeft het goede voorbeeld; - Je bewaakt de resultaten van jouw team en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je voert coachings- en evaluatiegesprekken; - Je draagt bij aan de groei en ontwikkeling van de vestiging in Alkmaar. Werktijden Voor deze functie in Alkmaar ben je vijf dagen per week beschikbaar. Het is hierbij belangrijk dat je ook op zaterdag inzetbaar bent om je team te ondersteunen en aan te sturen. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 3.000,00 tot € 10.000,00 bruto per maand; - Provisies over eigen verkopen en een bonus op basis van teamresultaten; - Een laptop, telefoon en auto van de zaak; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Junior Business Unit Manager en Business Unit Manager; - Een functie voor vijf dagen per week.
