Je bent niet iemand die alleen op de achtergrond blijft; door zelf regelmatig mee de vloer of straat op te gaan, geef je met veel energie het goede voorbeeld. Jouw taken: - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een enthousiast en commercieel salesteam. - Je coacht, traint en motiveert teamleden in hun dagelijkse ontwikkeling. - Je gaat regelmatig mee op pad om de kneepjes van het vak te tonen. - Je monitort de teamresultaten en stuurt bij om de doelen te behalen. - Je voert structurele coachings- en evaluatiegesprekken. - Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei van de vestiging in Den Haag. Werktijden: Voor deze functie op de vestiging in Den Haag ben je vijf dagen per week fulltime beschikbaar. Omdat de zaterdag een belangrijk commercieel moment is voor jouw team, ben je ook op deze dag inzetbaar om je mensen aan te sturen en te ondersteunen. De werktijden liggen tussen 09:00 en 18:00 uur.
