Je coacht je collega's direct in de praktijk, scherpt hun verkoopvaardigheden aan en haalt het maximale uit elk talent. Je bent een leidinggevende die het goede voorbeeld geeft: door zelf regelmatig mee te lopen in het veld, laat je zien hoe je resultaten boekt. - Je geeft dagelijks met veel enthousiasme leiding aan een commercieel salesteam. - Je begeleidt, traint en motiveert teamleden bij hun dagelijkse groei en successen. - Je loopt regelmatig mee in de praktijk om het goede voorbeeld te geven. - Je bewaakt de teamprestaties en stuurt bij om de gestelde doelen te behalen. - Je voert periodieke coachings- en evaluatiegesprekken. - Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere uitbouw van de vestiging in Rotterdam. Werktijden: Voor deze functie op onze vestiging in Rotterdam ben je vijf dagen per week fulltime beschikbaar. Omdat de zaterdag een essentieel commercieel moment is voor jouw team, ben je ook op deze dag inzetbaar om je mensen aan te sturen en te ondersteunen. De werktijden liggen tussen 09:00 en 18:00 uur.
