En dat allemaal binnen de standaarden van Premium Service, met oog voor kwaliteit, resultaat en teamontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van Team Visual Merchandising, Operations, Beveiliging en Hospitality, en ook coachgesprekken en KPI-overlegmomenten ga jij niet uit de weg. Jouw uiteindelijke doel? Een inspirerende afdeling waar klanten zich welkom voelen, medewerkers groeien in hun talent en commerciële kansen maximaal worden benut! Verder ga jij: • Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de winkelvloer en het goede voorbeeld geven in service en klantbeleving; • Verkoop- en servicecijfers analyseren en deze vertalen naar gerichte commerciële acties; • Medewerkers coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen, en bouwen aan een open en inclusieve teamcultuur; • Actief sturen op KPI's, doelstellingen bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig; • Samenwerken met collega's van Visual Merchandising, Operations, Beveiliging en Hospitality om een optimale winkelervaring te realiseren.
