Je stimuleert persoonlijke ontwikkeling en helpt bij de uitdagingen die worden ervaren, zoals personele bezetting en het behouden en vergroten van deskundigheid. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het bevorderen van de samenwerking. Zowel binnen het team en het Ingenieursbureau (IBR) als met de andere afdelingen en clusters binnen de gemeente is deze samenwerking essentieel. Als teammanager ben je in staat om de ontwikkelingen bij het IBR verder vorm te geven en samen met onze partners resultaten te boeken in stad en haven. Jouw hoogste prioriteit ligt bij onze belangrijkste asset; de medewerkers. Het IBR bestaat uit achttien teams. De teammanagers vormen samen met drie afdelingshoofden het managementteam van het IBR. Wekelijks zit je zowel met je eigen afdelings-MT bij elkaar als met de groep teammanagers in het operationeel overleg. Het IBR wordt geleid via een aantal portefeuilles. Als teammanager wordt van je verwacht dat je hierin een rol pakt die bij je past. Daarnaast verwachten we flexibiliteit en is het beleid bij het IBR dat een teammanager in principe op alle teams inzetbaar moet kunnen zijn.
