Randstad Professional zoekt een bevlogen Manager Veiligheid en Toezicht die de organisatie naar een hoger niveau tilt en als teamcoach optreedt. Als Manager Veiligheid en Toezicht stuur je het team integraal aan en richt je je op een toekomstbestendige inrichting van de werkzaamheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het neerzetten van sturing op het thema ondermijning, crisisbeheer en diverse HR-vraagstukken. Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je de organisatie in het managementteam van het domein Stedelijke Ontwikkeling. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als Manager Veiligheid en Toezicht: • Je coacht, begeleidt en ontwikkelt teamleden om hun rol professioneel en zelfstandig uit te voeren. • Je onderhoudt intensieve samenwerkingsrelaties met ketenpartners zoals politie, Openbaar Ministerie en wijkteams. • Je adviseert het management en bestuur proactief over vraagstukken rondom toezicht en handhaving. • Je versterkt de organisatie en professionalisering van het team voor een solide basis. • Je levert als lid van het managementteam een actieve bijdrage aan de strategische domeinontwikkeling. Functie-eisen Jij bent succesvol als Manager Veiligheid en Toezicht als: • Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding. • Je beschikt over ten minste 6 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen toezicht, handhaving en veiligheid. • Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke of politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving. • Je hebt grondige kennis van de wettelijke kaders, bevoegdheden en de dagelijkse praktijk van BOA's...
