Dit ga jij doen Gemeente Land van Cuijk zoekt een ervaren Teammanager Werk & Inkomen die het team stevig aanstuurt en mee bouwt aan een nieuwe inrichting. In november valt een besluit over de teamstructuur, waarbij splitsing of het werken met teamregisseurs binnen het huidige team de opties zijn. Je werkt vanuit een mensgerichte zakelijkheid: medewerkers voelen zich gezien en gehoord, krijgen duidelijke kaders mee en worden daar ook op aangesproken. Tegelijkertijd stuur je resultaatgericht op basis van goede managementinformatie en pak je grote opgaves in de bedrijfsvoering en coaching van medewerkers op caseload aan. - Je stuurt het team Werk & Inkomen aan vanuit een mensgerichte en resultaatgerichte aanpak; - Je bouwt mee aan de nieuwe inrichting van het team, waarbij splitsing of het werken met teamregisseurs de opties zijn; - Je zorgt voor heldere kaders voor medewerkers en spreekt hen daar ook op aan; - Je werkt projectmatig aan concrete resultaten binnen de bedrijfsvoering; - Je organiseert een gedegen bedrijfsvoering en stuurt op managementinformatie; - Je coacht medewerkers en draagt bij aan teamontwikkeling en verandering.
