Als Teammanager Zorg bij Bartiméus geef je richting aan teams en verandering, met vertrouwen, visie en oog voor wat echt telt: mensen de ruimte geven om zoveel mogelijk uit het leven te halen. De organisatie Bartiméus zet zich iedere dag in voor mensen die slechtziend of blind zijn, ook wanneer er sprake is van een meervoudige beperking of problemen met zien als gevolg van bijvoorbeeld niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Met ruim 1.900 medewerkers en zo'n 850 vrijwilligers biedt Bartiméus specialistische zorg, ondersteuning, onderwijs, behandeling, wonen en dagbesteding door heel Nederland. Ook naasten, professionals en andere organisaties kunnen rekenen op de brede kennis en expertise van Bartiméus. Wat mensen kunnen en willen in het leven staat daarbij centraal. Bartiméus kijkt verder dan de visuele beperking en creëert ruimte voor ontwikkeling, eigen regie en een leven dat past bij de wensen en mogelijkheden van ieder individu. Want uiteindelijk gaat het niet om hoeveel procent je ziet, maar om hoeveel procent je leeft. Dat is waar Bartiméus voor staat: 100% leven. De functie Als Teammanager Zorg bij Bartiméus ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor gemiddeld vier tot zes woonlocaties in Doorn, waar volwassenen met een visuele en verstandelijke beperking wonen. Je geeft leiding aan ongeveer 40 betrokken zorgprofessionals en werkt op iedere woonlocatie samen met een coördinerend begeleider.
