Samen met naasten, vrijwilligers en medewerkers creëren we een omgeving waarin bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven kunnen blijven leiden. Als Teammanager Zorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg, de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en een prettig werkklimaat binnen jouw teams. Je geeft coachend leiding aan ongeveer 40 zorgmedewerkers van verschillende functieniveaus en begeleidt daarnaast leerlingen, stagiaires en vrijwilligers. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, kent je medewerkers en weet wat er speelt. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, professionele ontwikkeling en samenwerking, zodat teams steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun eigen resultaten. Vanuit de visie van zorgen voor naar samen leven ondersteun je medewerkers om samen met bewoners en hun naasten te kijken naar mogelijkheden in plaats van beperkingen. Je helpt teams om persoonsgerichte zorg te vertalen naar het dagelijks handelen en draagt zo bij aan een omgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien, gehoord en thuis voelen.
