Over de functie Als Teammanager Zorg & Welzijn geef je leiding aan een van onze clusters. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van je teams, de kwaliteit van zorg en welzijn én een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en maakt gemakkelijk contact met medewerkers. Je geeft vertrouwen en ruimte waar het kan, biedt duidelijkheid waar nodig en durft keuzes te maken. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - Bouwt aan sterke teams. Je stimuleert samenwerking, werkplezier en ontwikkeling. Je voert ontwikkelgesprekken en helpt medewerkers hun talenten optimaal in te zetten. - De basis op orde houdt. Je houdt je bezig met personeelsplanning, verzuim, budgetten en werkprocessen. Samen met de teams en de (kwaliteits)verpleegkundige zorg je ervoor dat iedereen het werk goed kan doen. - Kwaliteit en welzijn vooropstelt. Je stimuleert teams om kritisch te kijken naar de zorg en naar wat bewoners nodig hebben. - Vooruitkijkt en verbetert. Je vertaalt strategisch zorgbeleid naar concrete doelen en jaarplannen. Ook initieer en begeleid je projecten en organisatiebrede veranderingen. - Verbinding maakt. Je werkt samen met collega-Teammanagers, de Manager Zorg en het managementteam. Je brengt verschillende belangen bij elkaar en zorgt dat plannen in de praktijk landen. Het is mooi werken in de zorg, vooral bij Sint Anna. - We weten elkaar te vinden! Door de grootte van onze kleine organisatie weten we wat we aan elkaar hebben...
