Wij zoeken twee teamsecretaresses om onze teams te ondersteunen. Je komt te werken binnen een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en waar jouw bijdrage van grote waarde is voor onze zorgprofessionals én cliënten. Teamsecretaresse Crisisdienst / Centraal AanmeldPunt (CAP) 20 - 24uur per week - 2 vacatures Beschikbaarheid op dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag is wenselijk. Wie zijn wij? Mediant is een GGZ-organisatie in Twente met circa 1.300 medewerkers. We bieden specialistische geestelijke gezondheidszorg en doen dat op een nuchtere en betrokken manier. Onze cultuur is informeel. We kennen elkaar, lopen makkelijk bij elkaar naar binnen en bespreken wat besproken moet worden. De lijnen zijn kort, we helpen elkaar en pakken samen aan wat nodig is. Je gaat werken binnen het circuit Acute Zorg, op onze locatie Helmerzijde in Enschede. Binnen het secretariaat ondersteunen we onder andere de CAP-screeners en de Crisisdienst. Als teamsecretaresse ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het zorgteam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen goed verlopen, agenda's kloppen en collega's beschikken over de informatie die zij nodig hebben. Je werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig. Zo houd je je onder andere bezig met: - plannen en beheren van agenda's van behandelaren; - verwerken van cliëntgegevens in het cliëntregistratiesysteem; - verwerken en administratief afhandelen van aanmeldingen; - plannen van aanmeldingen binnen de beschikbare scre...
