In een Stadskliniek verblijven mensen met langdurige psychische problemen. Vanuit een huiselijke sfeer geven we behandelingen en begeleiding. Bij team Ouderen bieden we hulp aan mensen van 65 jaar of ouder met psychische problemen. Ook zijn we er voor mensen met een niet aangeboren hersenletsel. Op het secretariaat werk je aan de Eerdelaan samen met collega's Jamie, Isabel en vliegende keep Anke. Een dynamisch team die samen het behandelteam ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamsecretaresse zorg je voor een efficiënte, administratieve ondersteuning in processen rondom de klantreis voor een patiënt. Dit loopt van het afhandelen van de telefonische oproepen, tot de ondersteuning van behandelaren wanneer het gaat om agenda beheer en het opstellen van essentiële correspondentie. Je voorbereiding en uitvoering van vergaderingen zijn onmisbaar voor het soepele verloop van onze processen. Bovendien ben je alert en proactief, altijd klaar om verbeteringen te signaleren en innovatie binnen het team te stimuleren door actief mee te denken en te helpen bij ontwikkelingsinitiatieven.
