Jij bouwt mee aan de plekken waar cultuur ontstaat.

Cultuur gebeurt niet alleen op een podium. Het gebeurt in een repetitielokaal, tijdens een vergadering, achter de schermen van een evenement, in een buurthuis, aan een koffietafel of wanneer een vereniging voor het eerst haar deuren opent.

Bij gemeente Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht willen we die plekken en mensen alle kansen geven.

Daarom zoeken we een teamverantwoordelijke culturele deelinfrastructuur & verenigingsondersteuning. Iemand die niet alleen gebouwen beheert of dossiers opvolgt, maar vooral begrijpt wat er nodig is om een bruisend verenigingsleven en een sterke lokale cultuurwerking mogelijk te maken.

Jij bent de schakel tussen mensen, plekken en ideeën

Onze culturele infrastructuur is er voor de inwoners, verenigingen en makers van Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht.

Je leidt een team dat instaat voor de dagelijkse werking van onze culturele deelinfrastructuur en voor de ondersteuning van verenigingen. Je houdt het overzicht, maar staat ook dicht genoeg bij de praktijk om te weten wat er leeft.

Je hoeft niet overal zelf de expert in te zijn. Wel verwachten we dat je verbinding kunt maken.

Tussen beleid en praktijk. Tussen medewerkers en bestuur.

  • Je bent een coachende leidinggevende die medewerkers vertrouwen geeft, motiveert en verantwoordelijkheid laat nemen.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht over verschillende dossiers, projecten en dagelijkse operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent een bruggenbouwer tussen medewerkers, verenigingen, inwoners, bestuur, collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met cultuur, het lokale verenigingsleven en maatschappelijke participatie.
  • Je begrijpt de noden van verenigingen en denkt mee vanuit een faciliterende en klantgerichte houding.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en zoekt naar haalbare oplossingen in plaats van enkel naar beperkingen.
  • Je durft bestaande processen en werkwijzen kritisch in vraag te stellen.
  • Je hebt oog voor efficiënt en toekomstgericht gebruik van infrastructuur.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, maar verliest daarbij de mensen achter de dossiers niet uit het oog.
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet kansen voor verbetering en vernieuwing.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt vlot omgaan met een omgeving waarin prioriteiten en noden snel kunnen veranderen.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige leidinggevende, organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden om deze rol op te nemen.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelorsdiploma.
