Wat doe je?

Wil je mee bouwen aan de digitale toekomst van Temse? Als Teamverantwoordelijke Digitale Transitie geef je richting aan de digitale ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen rekenen op gebruiksvriendelijke digitale oplossingen en begeleidt projecten die onze dienstverlening en interne werking versterken.

Je volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen op het vlak van digitalisering, data, informatieveiligheid en artificiële intelligentie op de voet. Samen met je team vertaal je deze kansen naar concrete verbeteringen voor de organisatie. Daarbij heb je oog voor zowel technologie als de mensen die ermee werken. Je ondersteunt collega's bij verandering en helpt hen om hun digitale vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Daarnaast stuur je het team Digitale Transitie aan en werk je nauw samen met collega's van ICT, dienstverlening en kwaliteitsmanagement. Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, volgt budgetten op en zorgt ervoor dat digitale initiatieven aansluiten bij de doelstellingen van het bestuur.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • het aansturen en coachen van het team Digitale Transitie;
  • het uitwerken en opvolgen van digitale projecten en verandertrajecten;
  • het versterken van de digitale dienstverlening voor burgers en medewerkers;
  • het ontwikkelen van initiatieven rond data, informatiebeheer en artificiële intelligentie;
  • het bewaken van informatieveiligheid en relevante regelgeving;
  • het adviseren van management en bestuur over digitalisering en digitale innovatie.

Je maakt deel uit van de cluster Strategie en Organisatiebeheersing en bouwt mee aan een moderne, mensgerichte en toekomstbestendige organisatie.

Wat verwachten we van je?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma.

OF

  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar relevante beroepservaring en slaagt voor een niveau- of capaciteitstest.

Daarnaast:

  • ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B;
  • heb je een sterke affiniteit met digitale transformatie en artificiële intelligentie;
  • heb je interesse in informatie- en datamanagement;
  • heb je kennis van proces- en projectmanagement;
  • heb je aandacht voor informatieveiligheid en regelgeving zoals GDPR, NIS2 en de EU AI Act;
  • ben je geboeid door technologische ontwikkelingen en digitale innovatie
