The posting

Geen dag is dezelfde als Teamverantwoordelijke personeels- en loonadministratie. Samen met jouw teamleden behartig je de loon- en personeelsadministratie van onze arbeiders in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Je zet mee jouw schouders onder de verdere digitalisering van onze werking en procesverbetering zodat de HR en salarisprocessen vlekkeloos verlopen en we een optimale service leveren.

  • Het inhoudelijk aansturen en coachen van jouw teamleden. Je zet in op hun talenten en verdere groei;
  • Je zet in op verbinding en teamontwikkeling zodat jullie als team de beoogde doelstellingen halen;
  • Je organiseert en structureert de dagelijkse operationele werking en stimuleert je teamleden om hier ook eigenaarschap in op te nemen;
  • Het faciliteren van veranderprocessen binnen je team en de organisatie;
  • Een correcte loon- en personeelsadministratie voor jouw deel van onze groep arbeiders;
  • Het begeleiden van een efficiënte, tijdige en kwalitatieve opvolging van alle personeelsdossiers en de bijhorende loonadministratie (via een sociaal secretariaat);
  • Het opstellen, implementeren en beheren van operationele HR-processen en instrumenten, het monitoren van de juiste uitvoering;
  • Goede interne samenwerkingsverbanden onderhouden en uitbouwen;
  • Kennisontwikkeling van jezelf en het team: bijblijven met de ontwikkelingen wat betreft HRM systemen en processen, zorgen voor kennisontwikkeling, -overdracht en -behoud binnen het team.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of masterdiploma;
  • Je hebt ervaring in loonadministratie;
  • Je bent een teamspeler, die motiverend en inspirerend werkt. Je toont persoonlijk leiderschap en moedigt dit ook aan bij jouw medewerkers;
  • Je bent ondernemend en kan daadkrachtig beslissingen nemen;
  • Je creëert impact door jouw sterke professionele communicatie, integriteit en empathisch vermogen;
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken of je bent bereid om je hierin te verdiepen;
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
