Ben jij een geboren people manager met een sterke affiniteit voor productie? Voor een stabiele onderneming binnen de voedings- en verwerkingsindustrie zoeken we een hands-on teamverantwoordelijke die de dagelijkse werking op de productievloer mee in goede banen leidt.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team medewerkers op de productievloer.
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieplanning en zorgen voor een efficiënte personeelsbezetting.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, hygiëne en correcte werkmethodes.
  • Bijsturen bij operationele problemen en snel schakelen wanneer de planning daarom vraagt.
  • Begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Opvolgen van prestaties en functioneren van medewerkers.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en actief meewerken aan optimalisaties.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Zorgen voor een goede communicatie tussen de productievloer en het management.
  • Rapporteren over de dagelijkse werking en eventuele aandachtspunten.
  • Werken in dagdienst, waarbij de nodige flexibiliteit wordt verwacht wanneer de productie dit vereist.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een aansturende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie, vleesverwerking, slacht- of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager die medewerkers op een correcte en motiverende manier weet aan te sturen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om je werkuren aan te passen wanneer de operationele situatie dit vraagt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
