Wat zijn je taken?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling verkoopklaar
  • Coachen en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers
  • Zelf actief deelnemen aan de operationele werkzaamheden
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt
  • Creëren van een klantgerichte en prettige werksfeer
  • Organiseren en coördineren van de taken binnen het team

Hoe ziet je week eruit?

  • Voltijds, 36,5 uur per week
  • 4 weekdagen + 1 dag in het weekend te presteren tussen 6u en 21u

Diploma:

  • Secundair onderwijs

Gewenste ervaring:

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen retail of horeca is een plus
  • Ervaring met planning en teamorganisatie
  • Administratieve basiskennis
